Merritt Beason and Lindsay Krause Shine in Pro Volleyball Federation Draft
Nebraska volleyball star Merritt Beason was selected as the first overall pick by the Atlanta Vibe in the Pro Volleyball Federation draft. Beason, who transferred from Florida to Nebraska in 2023, has been recognized for her outstanding performance, including being named the American Volleyball Coaches Association Region Player of the Year. The Atlanta Vibe traded with the Indy Ignite to secure the top pick and select Beason, who has been a key player for Nebraska this season.
