Atari Hotel Moves Closer to Reality With Neon-Pixel Phoenix Design
Atari is pushing forward with its Atari Hotel in Phoenix, designed by Rakkhaus with neon-pixel visuals and a programmable LED breezeway; the 90,000 sq ft building would include 72 rooms, 19 suites, a concert center, esports venue, restaurants, retail, and a large pool. The project’s estimated budget is $124 million, with about $14 million raised and a public-investment option from $500; construction is planned for late 2026 and opening in late 2028, though funding remains uncertain.
