AST SpaceMobile Partners with Blue Origin for Satellite Launches Amid Earnings Miss

AST SpaceMobile reported a significant earnings miss with a loss of $1.10 per share, against expectations of a 20-cent loss, and revenue of $1.1 million. Despite this, the company secured a key contract to expand its space-based telecommunications network, aiming to provide global 4G/5G connectivity. AST plans to launch 60 satellites by 2026, using Blue Origin's New Glenn rocket among others. The stock fell over 14% in after-hours trading, despite a 343% rise this year. Meanwhile, Rocket Lab's stock surged after a strong Q3 performance.
