Multiple Injuries and Fatality in Astoria-Megler Bridge Crash
One person died and four others were injured in a crash on the Astoria-Megler Bridge in Oregon. The driver of an Acura crossed the centerline for unknown reasons, resulting in a head-on collision with a Ford van. Heavy fog in the area may have contributed to the accident. The deceased driver was not wearing a seatbelt, while all other parties involved likely were. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
