"Teen Mom Star's Husband Upgraded to Felony Child Abuse Charge"
Jenelle Evans' husband, David Eason, is now facing an upgraded felony child abuse charge, in addition to a misdemeanor child abuse charge, and a felony assault by strangulation charge in connection to her teenage son. The charges stem from an incident where Eason allegedly roughed up Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace, resulting in marks on his arm and neck. Jace was placed in foster care by CPS after running away from Jenelle's mother's house.
