"Panthers Make Major Defensive Moves in Free Agency, Sign Ex-Lions DL and Broncos LB"
Former Detroit Lions defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson has reportedly agreed to a three-year, $22.5 million deal with the Carolina Panthers, reuniting with ex-Rams defensive assistant and current Panthers defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero. Robinson, a second-round pick in 2016, brings size and strength to the Panthers' defensive line, having shown flashes of potential during his career. The Lions, meanwhile, have added former Vikings and Saints edge defender Marcus Davenport and may continue to address their defensive line needs in free agency.
