Fatal Shooting in Short North District.
A 21-year-old man named Arthur Pickens was shot and killed in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, early Sunday morning. Police responded to a fight and heard gunfire as they approached, finding Pickens with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital but pronounced dead shortly after. No suspect information is known at this time. This shooting comes just eight days after a string of two shootings in the same neighborhood resulted in ten people being hit by gunfire.
