Army ROTC Programs Face Closures and Reorganizations at Multiple Campuses
The Army is shutting down or reorganizing ROTC programs at 84 campuses to reduce costs and optimize officer training capacity, affecting 291 students, with most first- and second-year cadets able to transfer or leave without penalty, while senior cadets remain unaffected until after graduation.
