Ukraine's Failed Weapon Procurement: Bought but Undelivered or Unusable.

Ukraine has paid over $800 million to arms suppliers for contracts that have gone unfulfilled or only partially fulfilled since the Russian invasion in February 2022. Western allies have sent Ukraine tens of billions of dollars worth of weapons, but some of the equipment has been too decrepit to use and needed extensive overhauls. As much as 30% of Ukraine's arsenal is under repair at any given time, which is a high rate for a military that needs every weapon it can get for its developing counteroffensive.
