Manhunt on I-83 in York County ends with suspect in custody.
The southbound lanes of Interstate 83 in York County were shut down due to police activity related to the arrest of an armed robbery suspect who ran from a traffic stop earlier in the day. The northbound lanes have since reopened, but the southbound lanes remain closed between Exit 10 and Exit 4, with traffic being diverted.
