Steve Coogan Joins Armando Iannucci's 'Dr. Strangelove' Stage Adaptation
British actor Steve Coogan has been cast as the lead in the London stage adaptation of Stanley Kubrick's iconic film "Dr. Strangelove." Coogan will play multiple roles in the production, which is being adapted by "Veep" creator Armando Iannucci. The play will open at the Noel Coward Theatre in October 2024 and will feature discarded scenes and drafts from the Kubrick archive.
