Joshua Winters, a Supervisor at McDonald's, completed the degree while working full-time, fulfilling a promise he made to his mother. The program offers employees the opportunity to earn a degree online for free, with flexible scheduling. The franchise owner, Jeanie Smith, expressed pride in Winters' achievement and highlighted the benefits of the program for other employees, including scholarships for high school and college students.
