Hackers are using a new method called "MFA Bombing" to flood iPhones with multiple notifications asking to approve a password reset, then calling users pretending to be Apple Support to trick them into giving away the codes, allowing access to their accounts. If your phone is flooded with approval requests and one-time codes, be cautious and do not share the codes with anyone. Apple has not yet commented on the issue, and preventative measures may include changes to iOS software to limit multiple requests in a certain time frame.
