Peugeot and Ferrari Dominate Monza WEC Practice Sessions
Peugeot's Jean-Eric Vergne set the fastest lap time in the Free Practice 3 session of the FIA World Endurance Championship, narrowly beating Ferrari's Antonio Fuoco. This marked the first time Peugeot topped a practice session since last season's Bahrain finale. Gustavo Menezes finished third in the teammate car. In the LMP2 class, Pietro Fittipaldi set the fastest lap, while Matteo Cairoli ended up quickest in the GTE-Am category. The session had no Full Course Yellow interruptions.
