Lions add Hooker and 17 new players to roster.
The Detroit Lions have signed quarterback Hendon Hooker, offensive lineman Colby Sorsdal, and wide receiver Antoine Green to their team. Hooker, a third-round pick, has agreed to a four-year deal but is currently recovering from a torn ACL. The Lions also announced the signing of 15 undrafted free agents ahead of their rookie minicamp.
