French Police Raid Paris 2024 Olympics Organizers' Headquarters in Suspected Corruption Case
French anti-graft police have raided the headquarters of the Paris 2024 Olympics and the offices of Solideo, the body in charge of Olympic construction sites, in connection with two separate ongoing investigations into "illegal conflict of interest, misuse of public funds and favouritism." The French Anti-Corruption Agency had raised red flags over several deals signed off by Cojo and Solideo. The Paris Olympics will open on July 26, 2024, and run until August 11.
