Nvidia is allegedly using anti-competitive tactics by threatening supply limits or bans for Chinese AIB partners planning to collaborate with Intel for the Arc Battlemage GPUs. This behavior is reminiscent of Nvidia's controversial GeForce Partner Program. The alleged pressure from Nvidia could explain why there have been few non-reference Intel Alchemist cards available in the market.
Dark and Darker's lawyer has accused Nexon of "anti-competitive bully tactics" and contested the DMCA notice that led to its removal from Steam in a letter to Valve. The lawyer argued that Nexon's claims are "nothing more than anti-competitive bully tactics designed to put a small indie game studio out of business". The developer is being sued by Nexon for "copyright infringement", with the Korean game publisher demanding a jury trial in America.
