Nationals Announce 2023 Roster and Stadium Updates.
The Washington Nationals have selected the contracts of four non-roster invitees to their Opening Day roster, including Chad Kuhl, Anthony Banda, Michael Chavis, and Hobie Harris. To make room on the roster, the Nats placed four players on the 60-day injured list and two on the 10-day IL. Kuhl is expected to claim a spot in the rotation, while Banda will be the lone lefty in the bullpen. Chavis will be a righty bat off the bench, and Harris is likely to be a middle-relief option.
