Dadeville mass shooting suspects denied bail, charged with murder.

Bond has been denied for five of the six suspects in the Dadeville mass shooting, including Travis and Tyreese McCullough. An Aniah’s Law hearing was held to deny bail to violent offenders accused of crimes ranging from human trafficking to murder. The shooting happened on April 16 inside the Mahogany Dance Studio, where four people were killed and 32 people were injured. The State intends to file a motion to transfer the unnamed 15-year-old suspect from juvenile court to be tried as an adult.

Dadeville shooting suspects denied bail and charged with murder.

Six suspects charged with four counts of reckless murder in the Dadeville Sweet 16 birthday party shooting that left four dead and 32 injured will be held without bail until trial, as they pose a flight risk and could be a danger to themselves and others, according to a judge's ruling. An Aniah's Law hearing was held, which expanded the list of crimes for which defendants can be held without bail.

Alabama sees arrests in Sweet 16 shooting case and Aniah's Law hearing.

The suspects charged in the Dadeville mass shooting will appear in court on Tuesday for an Aniah’s Law hearing, which is meant to deny bail to violent offenders accused of crimes ranging from human trafficking to murder. Six people have been arrested in connection to the mass shooting, each charged with four counts of reckless murder. All of the suspects except the 15-year-old were booked into the Tallapoosa County jail without bail.
