12-year-old charged with murder after fatal shooting at Sonic restaurant.
A 12-year-old juvenile suspect, along with Angel Gomez, has been charged with murder in the shooting of a Sonic restaurant employee in Keene, Texas. The incident occurred after a physical altercation between Gomez and the victim, Matthew Davis, who was shot multiple times from the back seat of Gomez's vehicle. Davis died in the hospital. The juvenile suspect was arrested in Rio Vista, and several firearms were confiscated from them. Both Gomez and the child are now in custody.
