The Smashing Pumpkins have announced 'The World Is A Vampire Tour,' with support from Interpol and Stone Temple Pilots. The tour is a true alternative festival, where all the self-proclaimed weirdos and outsiders of the world can get together and have a party. Tickets go on sale Friday (3/31) at 10 AM local time with an artist presale starting today (3/28) at noon local.
