Keurig's Innovative Plastic-Free Coffee Pods Redefine Single-Serve Brewing
Keurig Dr. Pepper has introduced a new sustainable single-serve coffee pod called K-Rounds, which is free of plastic and aluminum and is wrapped in a plant-based coating. However, these pods are not compatible with existing Keurig coffee brewers and are designed for the upcoming Alta brewer, which aims to offer a variety of hot and cold beverages without complex brewing techniques. The company plans to start beta-testing the Alta and K-Rounds later this year and refine them based on feedback before officially launching the products.
