Allison Lyn Gaiser, a woman from Armstrong County, has been charged with cruelty to animals and other offenses for allegedly abandoning a brown-and-white male French bulldog at Pittsburgh International Airport. Gaiser left the dog unattended in a stroller near the airport's short-term parking lot before boarding a flight to Mexico. The dog was found with no water but had a bag of dog food. Gaiser was unable to bring the dog on the flight as it did not meet the criteria for an emotional support animal. The dog is now in the care of Animal Friends and is doing well in a foster home.
