Rapper Nelly's concert at the Allegan County Fair in Michigan, which was originally scheduled for Saturday night, has been rescheduled for Thursday due to his delayed arrival caused by inclement weather. Ticketholders have the option to attend the rescheduled show or request a refund by filling out a Google form before noon on September 14. All tickets purchased through Etix or the Allegan County Fair are eligible for a refund.
