Strive's $1.3B Merger with Semler Scientific to Boost Bitcoin Holdings
Strive, Inc. announced a strategic all-stock merger with Semler Scientific, valued at a 210% premium, while also expanding its Bitcoin treasury by purchasing 5,816 Bitcoin for $675 million. The combined entity will hold over 10,900 Bitcoin and plans to monetize Semler's diagnostics business, with management largely unchanged and Semler's chairman joining the board.
