Hashimoto Daiki Overcomes Setback to Secure Spot in Gymnastics World All-Around Final
Despite finishing as the third best Japanese athlete in the qualifying sessions, Tokyo Olympic all-around gold medallist Hashimoto Daiki will still compete in the all-around final at the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, as the Japanese federation decided to substitute him for another athlete who would have qualified without the two athlete limit.
