Missing 13-year-old girl found safe after running away from home
Vinton Police are seeking assistance in locating 13-year-old Aliyah Turner, who was last seen on July 3 in Vinton, Virginia. Aliyah is described as 5′5″, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a brown tank top, black shorts, white Nike shoes with cheetah print, and various jewelry. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Vinton Police Department.
