Timothy Olyphant has been cast in an undisclosed role in the FX series "Alien," created by Noah Hawley. The show, set to start production in early 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand, takes place on Earth around the same time as "Prometheus." Olyphant, known for his roles as lawmen, will portray a synth named Kirsh who acts as a mentor and trainer. Sydney Chandler is also confirmed for a lead role, playing a meta-human named Wendy. The series is expected to premiere in late 2024 or early 2025.
