The DC superhero movie "Blue Beetle" starring Xolo Maridueña earned $10 million on opening day and is projected to make between $25 million and $33 million at the box office. The film follows Jaime Reyes, who is chosen by an alien biotechnology called the Scarab to become the superhero Blue Beetle. It is expected to surpass other movies, including Barbie and Oppenheimer, and has also taken over IMAX for its opening weekend.
