Patty Gasso's OU Softball Legacy: Greatness Achieved.
Alex Storako, who only pitched for two-thirds of an inning throughout the Women’s College World Series, got the starting nod in Game 2 of the WCWS finals and helped OU secure its third straight national championship by giving up just one run in four innings pitched against Florida State. Storako, a redshirt senior, had a much larger role on her previous team, but her patience paid off with the biggest start of her five-year career.
