Alex Perez has been forced to withdraw from his flyweight bout against Manel Kape at UFC San Antonio due to a medical issue. This is the latest in a string of fight cancellations for Perez, who has only had one in-cage appearance since 2020. A featherweight bout between Daniel Pineda and Tucker Lutz has been promoted to the main card in place of Perez vs. Kape.
