Multiple Life-Threatening Injuries in Wrong-Way Crashes Near Twin Cities
Three individuals from Albert Lea, Minnesota, sustained life-threatening injuries in a wrong-way crash near Eagan. The accident occurred when a Toyota Celica entered the southbound lanes of I-35 from Cliff Road, colliding head-on with a GMC Yukon hauling a boat. The driver of the Celica, Nraughli Vang, died in the crash. The three occupants of the Yukon, identified as Nancy Heideman, Desirae Heideman, and Randy Heideman, were all wearing seatbelts and transported to Regions Hospital. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that Vang had alcohol in his system.
