Ye Unveils Bully, Signs With Gamma for March Release
Ye (Kanye West) will release his 12th studio album Bully on March 20 via Gamma, the independent label he recently partnered with; the project, recorded over more than three years and tied to a short film edited by Hype Williams featuring Saint West, was completed before Ye’s Wall Street Journal open letter addressing controversy and lawsuits. A press release describes Bully as music-driven storytelling about remorse, memory, ego and consequence rather than an apology.
