'Shark Tank' Host Daymond John Files Restraining Order Against Former Contestants
Daymond John, co-host of "Shark Tank," has filed for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against former contestants who have accused him and his business partners of misleading them and depriving them of profits. The Bakers, who appeared on the show with their barbecue restaurant Bubba Q's, allege that John and Rastelli Foods kept Al Baker out of important meetings and decision-making and withheld financial information, leading to the family only seeing 4% of the business' profits. John has accused the Bakers of violating a confidentiality agreement and has sent them a cease-and-desist letter.
