Akai has unveiled the MPC Key 37, a 37-key standalone workstation and groovebox designed for music production. It features 16 velocity-sensitive pads, 32GB onboard storage with SD card expansion, a 7-inch multi-touch display, and four assignable Q-Link knobs. While slightly less powerful than its predecessor, the Key 37 ships with Akai’s MPC2 desktop software and offers Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. Priced at $900, it's available for order through parent company inMusic and authorized retailers.
