Violent Pro-Palestinian Mob Attacks Israeli Flight in Dagestan Airport
A mob of anti-Israeli protesters stormed Makhachkala International Airport in Dagestan, Russia, following calls on social media to block a flight from Tel Aviv. Demonstrators brandished Palestinian flags and shouted anti-Israel chants, with some signs expressing opposition to Jewish refugees. Protesters broke past security and ran onto the tarmac, surrounding a plane and jumping onto its wings. The civil aviation agency confirmed the removal of all protesters and suspended flights until November 6. The Dagestan branch of Russia's Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case on charges of organizing mass unrest. No Israeli nationals or Jewish people were onboard the flight.
