Passenger flown to wrong country without passport in travel mishap.
A Frontier Airlines passenger was flown to Jamaica instead of Florida due to a gate change confusion and was not informed of the change. The passenger did not have a passport and was allowed to remain in the jetway by Jamaican authorities. She was put on the next flight back to Philadelphia and received a refund and a $600 voucher from Frontier Airlines.
