Starlux Airlines' A350 business class offers incredible seats with advanced technology and spaciousness, high-quality amenities including comfortable bedding and unlimited Wi-Fi, and a solid selection of food and drinks. However, the flight experience left the reviewer feeling underwhelmed due to high expectations and a lack of attention to detail in service. While still ranking among the top 10 business class products, it fell short of being one of the best in the world.
