Delta Air Lines has been named the best US airline for the fifth year in a row by The Points Guy's annual ranking, which evaluates factors such as reliability, mishandled baggage, and the passenger experience. Alaska Airlines, United Airlines, and American Airlines also scored high, but Delta's overall score dropped by nearly 6% over last year. Frontier Airlines took last place, while Southwest Airlines fell three spots after its winter meltdown.
