"Teen on Solo Frontier Flight Mistakenly Sent to Puerto Rico from Tampa"
A 16-year-old boy flying solo on Frontier Airlines from Tampa to Cleveland was accidentally sent to Puerto Rico due to a boarding error at the gate. The teen, Logan Lose, was supposed to depart on December 22 but ended up on the wrong flight. Frontier Airlines apologized for the mistake and arranged for his return to Tampa and subsequent flight to Cleveland. The airline does not offer an unaccompanied minor program for children 15 and older. This incident follows a similar case with Spirit Airlines where a child was placed on the wrong flight.
