Hetherington shared his ordeal on social media, prompting Beyoncé's fans, known as the BeyHive, to rally behind him. As a result, Beyoncé's team reached out to Hetherington and arranged for him to attend a concert in Arlington, Texas, including transportation. Hetherington hopes his experience will raise awareness about accessibility issues and the need for inclusivity in society.
