Emma Heming Willis attended AFTD's Hope Rising Benefit, a charity gala that raised money to support the nonprofit's work to fight young-onset dementia. The event marked one of Willis' first public appearances since announcing husband Bruce's FTD diagnosis in February. Bruce is suffering a rare form of dementia that can affect movement and behavior. The benefit raised more than $1.8 million in support of the organization's critical work to support people affected by FTD, the most common form of dementia for people under 60, and drive research to a cure.
