Tucker Carlson's Media Startup Secures First Ad Deal
Tucker Carlson's new media company, Last Country, has signed its first advertising deal worth at least $1 million with conservative-friendly shopping app Public Square. The ads will air on Carlson's show, which runs on the social media platform X, starting in November and throughout the 2024 presidential campaign. Public Square's CEO, Michael Seifert, stated that the ads will also appear on Carlson's website. The app and its leaders have pushed against environmental, social, and governance investment policies in business, and the product's pitches will be integrated into Carlson's show. Public Square recently went public and has brought on Republican-friendly board members.
