This marks her eighth time going under 21 seconds from a flat-start, the most by any women's swimmer in history, and she becomes the first woman to go under 20.8 in the 50 free multiple times. Walsh's exceptional performance also included a remarkable 200 free relay lead-off time and she will have the opportunity to further lower the record in the finals.
