She claimed to have experienced emotional, physical, and financial abuse during her 10-year marriage to Stephen Belafonte, who has denied the allegations. Mel B said she had to use proceeds from the Spice Girls' 2019 tour on legal fees and payments to Belafonte, and in a private settlement, she was reportedly required to pay him $350,000 and $5,000 a month in child support.
