However, this figure seems unusually low compared to previous chip costs, suggesting potential inaccuracies in the estimates. TSMC's new 'CyberShuttle' approach may help reduce costs, but high wafer prices mean not all iPhone 18 models will feature the A20 Pro. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts the iPhone 18 series will be the first to use 2nm chips.
