GSK to acquire 35Pharma for HS235 to advance pulmonary hypertension therapy
GSK will acquire 35Pharma for $950 million in cash, gaining HS235, a potentially best-in-class activin signalling inhibitor in early clinical development for cardiopulmonary diseases including PAH and PH-HFpEF.
