Mophie addresses MagSafe issue with 3-in-1 travel charger
Mophie is working on a firmware fix for its 3-in-1 travel charger with MagSafe, which has been experiencing intermittent charging issues. Affected customers can contact ZAGG customer care to receive a free firmware update kit that will allow them to easily update the product within two minutes. The issue was first reported on Apple's Community forum, and mophie has acknowledged the problem and stated that a fix is coming soon. While there is no scheduled release date for the firmware fix yet, mophie assures customers that they are working to resolve the issue.
