Audi Revolut F1 Team Unveils R26 as It Targets 2030 Championship
Audi revealed its first Formula One car for 2026, the R26, at a Berlin launch, signaling a five-year plan to challenge for world championships by 2030. The factory outfit inherits Sauber’s base, develops its in‑house engine, and will race with drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto under team principal Jonathan Wheatley and adviser Mattia Binotto, with Revolut branding and other sponsors on the livery. The 2026 rules bring a new aero era and higher electric power, and Audi will undertake a Barcelona shakedown, Bahrain tests, and make its race debut at the Australian Grand Prix on March 8.
