Masters Week: Weather, Cell Phone Ban, and Connectivity Challenges
The 2023 Masters at Augusta National Golf Club is expected to experience inclement weather over the weekend, with high winds, rain, and chilly temperatures forecasted for Saturday. The rain is expected to arrive around 10 a.m., and some periods of rain may be so heavy that play will be suspended. However, conditions should be dry on Sunday, and Augusta National will look similar on Monday if need be. The newly-lengthened par-5 13th hole will play a pivotal role in this year's tournament, and the ending of the 87th Masters will be just as dramatic as the previous 86.
